How do I report a bug or technical issue?

I can't find a product in the database. What should I do?

You can take a clear photo of the ingredients, front of the product, and nutrition facts through the app. Then we'll review it and add it to our database.

How do I update my account information?

You can update your account information directly in the app settings. For account-related issues or if you need to change your email address, please contact support@validushealth.ai.

How do I request a refund?

For subscription refunds, please contact support@validushealth.ai with your account email and reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed according to our terms of service and platform policies (App Store or Google Play).

How do I delete my account and data?

To delete your account and all associated data, please email support@validushealth.ai from the email address associated with your account. We'll confirm and process your deletion request promptly. This action cannot be undone.

I'm a healthcare provider. Can I use Validus with my patients?

We're exploring clinician-friendly views and data exports. If you're a healthcare provider interested in using Validus with patients, please email hello@validushealth.ai to discuss early access and partnership opportunities.

How do I report a security issue or data breach?

If you discover a security vulnerability or suspect unauthorized access to your account, please immediately email security@validushealth.ai. Include as much detail as possible. We take security seriously and will respond promptly to all security reports.
