I can't find a product in the database. What should I do?

You can take a clear photo of the ingredients, front of the product, and nutrition facts through the app. Then we'll review it and add it to our database.

How do I update my account information?

You can update your account information directly in the app settings. For account-related issues or if you need to change your email address, please contact support@validushealth.ai.

How do I request a refund?

For subscription refunds, please contact support@validushealth.ai with your account email and reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed according to our terms of service and platform policies (App Store or Google Play).

How do I delete my account and data?

To delete your account and all associated data, please email support@validushealth.ai from the email address associated with your account. We'll confirm and process your deletion request promptly. This action cannot be undone.

I'm a healthcare provider. Can I use Validus with my patients?

We're exploring clinician-friendly views and data exports. If you're a healthcare provider interested in using Validus with patients, please email hello@validushealth.ai to discuss partnership opportunities.

How do I report a security issue or data breach?

If you discover a security vulnerability or suspect unauthorized access to your account, please immediately email security@validushealth.ai. Include as much detail as possible. We take security seriously and will respond promptly to all security reports.

What are my data privacy rights?

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can also request information about how we use your data.
